摘要
以转炉除尘灰和氧化铁皮为原料,膨润土、氧化钙和水玻璃作为粘结剂制备了转炉造渣剂,研究了粘结剂种类对转炉造渣剂强度的影响。结果表明,膨润土和氧化钙单独作为粘结剂使用时,试样的生球落下强度较高,但干球抗压强度无法满足生产指标;水玻璃单独作为粘结剂使用时,试样的干球抗压强度较高,但生球落下强度较低,加入量超过原料质量的7%时方可满足生产需求;三者混合使用时,采用正交实验确定了可满足生产指标的最优配比,即膨润土、氧化钙和水玻璃加入量分别为原料质量的4%、7%和3%,此时制备的转炉造渣剂性能好,生球落下强度为3.7次,干球抗压强度为9.89 MPa。
        With the ESP dust from converter and iron scrap as raw materials, a kind of slagging agent for converter was prepared with bentonite, calcium oxide and water glass as the binders. The influence of different binders on the strength of slagging agent was studied. It was found that, when the sample was prepared with bentonite or calcium oxide as the binder, the drop number of the produced green pellet was higher, but the compressive strength of dry pellet could not meet the production indicators. Only with water glass as the binder, the prepared dry green pellet had the higher compressive strength and lower drop number. However, with the addition of water glass at the amount of over 7% of raw material(by mass), the prepared pellet could meet the requirement for production. The orthogonal experiments determined the optimal proportioning of a combination of bentonite, calcium oxide and water glass as the binder for the normal production with the addition at the amount of 4%, 7% and 3%, respectively, of the raw material(by mass). The slagging agent showed good properties. The drop number and the compressive strength for the prepared green pellet was 3.7 times and 9.89 MPa, respectively.
