贵阳岩溶地区盾构机配置的几点思考

摘要
贵阳地区将首次采用盾构法施工地下区间隧道,通过对贵阳工程地质及水文地质条件进行分析,对贵阳岩溶地区盾构机的配置提出建议。经研究,盾构整机方案可采用主动铰接方式或被动铰接方式;盾构机面板建议采用复合式刀盘,刀盘开挖直径建议控制在6 450 mm~6 470 mm,开口率建议控制在35%左右;刀具配置建议采用滚刀、刮刀相结合的方案;为防止喷涌,盾构机建议采用单螺旋输送机+双闸门设计+聚合物改良+预留保压泵接口方案,且在盾尾安装三道密封钢丝刷;为适应岩溶地区盾构施工,盾构机建议配置超前钻机及注浆设备,并预留超前钻通道及密封装置;盾构面板建议开口均匀,配备土仓高压水冲刷系统,刀盘面板预留注入泡沫通道,以防备结泥饼现象;盾体建议采用梭型结构,配备壳体润滑孔,并设计主机脱困及后退能力,以防止卡盾。
        The shield tunneling will be firstly used in the underground interval tunnel of Guiyang. Based on the analysis of the engineering geology and hydrogeological conditions in Guiyang, the suggestions are made for the configuration of shield machines in the karst area of Guiyang. After study, the general scheme of shieldmachine can be designed as active or passive articulated systems. The panel of shield machine is recommended of compound cutter. The excavation diameter of cutter is suggested to control in 6 450~6 470 mm,and the opening rate is proposed to control at about 35%. The configuration of cutting tools is recommended by the combination of gear hob and scraper. In order to prevent the flowing, the scheme of single screw conveyor + double-gate design + polymer improvement + reserved pressure maintaining pump interface is proposed to use for the shield machine, and also three seal steel wire brushes are installed at the end of shield machine. In order to adapt the shield construction in karst area, the shield machine is advised to configure the advance drill rig and grouting equipment, and the advance drilling channel and sealing device are reserved. The shield panel is recommended by the uniform opening equipped with the high-pressure water scour system, and the cutter panel is reserved for injecting foam channel to prevent the phenomenon of mud cakes. The shield is recommended of the shuttle structure equipped with the shell lubrication holes, and the abilities of the mainframe to escape and retreat are designed to prevent the shield death.
