冠状动脉造影及支架植入术在冠状动脉狭窄中的应用

摘要
目的针对冠状动脉狭窄患者采取冠状动脉造影及支架植入术进行治疗所取得的治疗效果展开分析。方法参与本次研究的对象为2017年6月至2018年1月在吉大一院进行治疗的冠状动脉狭窄患者100例,即研究组。选择同期我院运用阿托伐他汀钙片、宁心宝胶囊和地奥脂必妥片药物治疗100例为参照组。结果数据表明,研究组的狭窄严重程度比参照组低,且研究组的冠脉狭窄分布情况要比参照组好P<0.05。结论在冠状动脉狭窄中运用冠状动脉造影及支架植入术进行治疗能取得较好的效果,可以使得患者的冠脉狭窄程度得到明显改善,使得患者冠脉狭窄分布情况得到改善。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of coronary angiography and stent implantation in patients with coronary artery stenosis.Methods Participants in this study were 100 patients with coronary artery stenosis treated in Jida hospital from June 2017 to January 2018.That is,the research group.In the same period,100 cases were treated by Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,ningxinbao capsules and Diao Zhi Bi Tuo tablets.Results The data showed that the severity of stenosis in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the distribution of coronary stenosis in the study group was better than that in the reference group P<0.05.Conclusion Coronary arteriography and stent implantation can improve the degree of coronary stenosis and improve the distribution of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary artery stenosis.
