老年缓慢型心律失常的联合用药治疗效果分析

摘要
目的探究老年人缓慢型心律失常应用宁心宝胶囊+曲美他嗪联合用药的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年9月—2018年1月接收的83例缓慢型心律失常老年患者,分组治疗,参照组38例采取口服曲美他嗪治疗,研究组45例采取曲美他嗪+宁心宝胶囊联合治疗,分析组间的临床疗效。结果参照组治疗后治疗总有效率为81.58%,低于研究组的95.56%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.163,P<0.05),治疗后,参照组心悸评分为(2.2±0.6)分、胸闷(2.1±0.4)分,均高于研究组的(1.9±0.3)分、(1.8±0.5)分,差异有统计学意义(t_(心悸)=2.948,P_(心悸)=0.004<0.05;t_(胸闷)=2.979,P_(胸闷)=0.004<0.05)),参照组患者不良反应发生率为7.89%,研究组患者不良反应发生率为2.22%,两组患者不良反应发生率对比分析差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.445,P>0.05),研究组治疗后生活质量评分(92.1±1.1)分,高于参照组的(90.6±2.6)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.312,P<0.05)。结论宁心宝胶囊+曲美他嗪联合用药治疗老年人缓慢型心律失常,患者症状改善明显,取得良好疗效,且安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with ningxinbao capsules in elderly patients with bradyarrhythmia. Methods 83 elderly patients of bradyarrhythmia received from September 2016 to January 2018 were divided into groups, 38 cases in the reference group were treated with trimetazidine, and 45 cases in the study group were treated with trimetazidine+ningxinbao capsule, and the results were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the reference group was 81.58%, lower than that of the study group(95.56%). The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.163, P < 0.05). After treatment, the palpitations score was(2.2±0.6) and chest tightness was(2.1±0.4) in the reference group, which were higher than those in the study group of(1.9±0.3) and(1.8±0.5), and the difference was statistically significant(t_(palpitations)=2.948, P_(palpitations)=0.004 < 0.05; t_(chest tightness) =2.979, P_(chest tightness)=0.004 < 0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was 7.89%, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.22%. There was no statistical difference between the two groups(χ~2=1.445, P > 0.05), and the quality of life score of the study group was(92.1±1.1), higher than that of the reference group of(90.6±2.6), the difference was statistically significant(t=3.312, P < 0.05). Conclusion Ningxinbao capsule combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia in the elderly patients, the symptoms of the patients improve obviously, and it has a good effect and high safety.
