摘要

篮球运动对学生的体能、技巧、技战术理解、配合意识要求较高,常规教学训练中,存在诸多误区,导致训练效果欠佳。为了提升篮球运动教学的整体训练效果,通过分析了几种常见的训练误区,并细分了后续训练活动中的改进策略。以期达到更为理想的训练环境与条件,增强篮球运动教学的训练效果。
        Basketball requires students' physical fitness, skills, technical and tactical understanding and cooperation consciousness. There are many misunderstandings in routine teaching and training, which leads to poor training effect. In order to improve the overall training effect of basketball teaching, this paper analyzed several common training errors, and subdivided the improvement strategies in the follow-up training activities. In order to achieve a more ideal training environment and conditions, enhance the training effect of basketball teaching.
