摘要
贵州某磷矿原矿P_2O_5品位为23.21%、SiO_2品位为20.03%、REO品位为0.076%,以混合酸为含磷矿物抑制剂、自制的KP-89为脱硅捕收剂,采用单一反浮选流程进行了脱硅富磷研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm质量分数占80.25%、混合酸用量为16kg/t、KP-89用量为800g/t的条件下,获得了P_2O_5品位为33.49%、P_2O_5回收率为83.17%、REO品位为0.125%、REO回收率为94.80%、SiO_2质量分数为13.86%的磷精矿选别指标。
A phosphate mine in Guizhou has the crude ore being P_2O_5 grade 23.21%,SiO_2 grade 20.03% and REO grade0.076%.With mixed acids as depressant of phosphate minerals and self-made KP-89 as desilication collector,silicon removal and phosphate enrichment were studied by a single reverse flotation process.The results showed that with grinding fineness being-0.074 mm 80.25%,dosage of mixed acids 16 kg/t and dosage of KP-89 800 g/t,aphosphate concentrate with P_2O_5 grade33.49%,P_2O_5 recovery 83.17% and REO grade 0.125%,REO recovery 94.80% and SiO_2 content 13.86% was obtained.
