摘要
食品安全监管是事关人民群众切身利益、保障人民群众身体健康和生命安全的重要屏障,而"互联网+"的迅速发展和运用有利于解决我国目前食品安全监管中的困境。本研究分析"互联网+"给食品安全监管带来的机遇,进而通过政府、社会、市场主体的全方位合作,提出"互联网+食品安全监管"模式的构建及实施策略,以促进我国食品安全监管的持续健康发展。
        Food safety supervision is an important barrier that concerns the vital interests of the people and ensures the health and safety of the people.The rapid development and application of Internet+ will help solve the predicament of food safety supervision in China.This paper analyzed the opportunities brought by "Internet+" to food safety supervision,and then put forward the construction and implementation strategy of "Internet+ food safety supervision" mode through the all-round cooperation of the government,society and market players,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of food safety supervision in China.
