摘要
上海具有较为有利的风力发电开发条件,风电装机规模逐年增加。而风电场出力的不确定性对电网运行的影响也逐步显现。为应对风电场出力的波动性,在电网运行中采取相应措施,对风电场的出力特性进行研究。通过对历史出力数据的分析,研究了上海电网并网风电场的年度发电利用小时数、出力范围和分月发电量分布,分析了风电场日出力曲线的形态和波动性,研究了各风电场之间和风电场各日之间的出力相关性,并对海上风电场和陆地风电场进行了比较。
        The conditions for developing wind power are fairly good in Shanghai, and the scale of wind power is increasing year by year. Due to the uncertainty of wind power output, its impact on grid operation is also gradually emerging. In order to deal with the fluctuation of wind power output and take corresponding measures in grid operation, the characteristics of wind power output are presented in this paper. Based on the historical output data, the annual power generation utilization hours, power output range and distribution of monthly power generation of wind farms are analyzed; the shape and fluctuation of daily output curve of wind farms are presented; correlation between different wind farms and between different dates is studied in this paper. In addition, the comparison between offshore wind farms and land wind farms is given.
