摘要

英国、美国、日本是世界上燃气行业技术法规体系较为完善的国家,其所建立的技术法规体系为保证燃气工程的安全和燃气设施的稳定运行发挥了重要作用。对英国、美国和日本的燃气技术法规体系的特性和共性进行研究,提出对我国燃气行业标准化改革及燃气行业技术法规体系构建的可借鉴启示。
        The United Kingdom,the United States and Japan are the countries with relatively complete technical regulations in the gas industry in the world. The technical regulation systems established by them have played an important role in ensuring the safety of gas projects and the stable operation of gas facilities. The characteristics and commonness of the gas technical regulation systems in the United Kingdom,the United States and Japan are studied,and the referencing enlightenment for the gas industry standardization reform in China and the establishment of the gas industry technical regulation systems is proposed.
