安全警示主题教育在手术护理安全管理中的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨安全警示主题教育在手术室安全管理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年5月~2017年10月收治的外科手术治疗患者800例作为研究对象,根据时间段分为对照组(2016年5月~2017年4月400例)和观察组(2017年5月~10月400例)。对照组采用常规护理管理。观察组在对照组的基础上联合安全警示主题教育。比较两组护理质量、护理安全管理满意度、护理差错及护理安全不良事件发生率。结果观察组实施后基础护理、护理操作、健康教育及心理护理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实施后护理安全管理质量、护理安全用具、护士服务水平、患者安全教育、手术室环境及设施护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实施后用药差错、手术延迟、术后异物留存、意外损失差错率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组跌倒、皮肤损伤、导管滑脱等不良事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将安全警示主题教育联合常规护理管理用于手术室护理安全管理中效果显著。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the theme of education in the operation room safety warning safety management.Methods A total of 800 patients who underwent surgery in the department between May 2016 and October 2017 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control groups according to time points(May 2016-April 2017,n=400 cases).And observation group(May 2017-October 2017,n = 400 cases).The control group used routine nursing management.The observation group combined safety warning topic education on the basis of the control group.The quality of nursing care,satisfaction with nursing safety management,nursing errors,and the incidence of nursing and safety adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results the observation group after the implementation of safety warning education of basic nursing,nursing,health education and psychological nursing Scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05);quality of nursing safety management in observation group after nursing,nursing safety appliance,nurse service level,patient safety education,the environment and facilities of operation room nursing satisfaction,were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group safety warning education theme after the implementation of medication errors and delay surgery,postoperative foreign body retained,unexpected loss error rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group falls,skin injury,the incidence of catheter slippage and other adverse events,were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The safety warning theme of education combined with routine nursing management for surgery is ideal,and it is worthy of popularizing and applying.
