摘要
多数变电站采用带双面胶式安全警示带来做二次现场防护措施,这种传统安全警示带容易在保护屏柜上留下黏胶,影响美观,容易脱落,不能循环利用,布置和回收不便。为了解决传统双面胶式安全警示带存在的问题,介绍了一种新型安全防护用具,适用于变电站二次保护屏施工现场的安全防护措施布置的自动收放式安全警示带装置,以微型直流电机作为动力机构,以带微型磁铁的标识牌为吸附元件,以涤纶作为安全警示带的材料,将警示带卷绕在转动装置上,通过正反转可逆运行控制回路,实现警示带的快速布置、快速固定、循环利用及快速收放,解决安全警示带收放不方便的问题。
Most of the substations adopt double-sided rubber safety warning belt to make the safety protection measures for the secondary installation, but this traditional security warning belt is easy to leave the viscose on protective cabinet which influences a esthetics, and it is easy to fall off, inconvenient to arrange and recycle, and cannot be recycled. In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional double-sided rubber safety warning belt, the paper introduces a new type of safety protection appliance, the automatic retractable safety warning belt device which is suitable for safety protection measures arrangement in substation construction site. The automatic retractable safety warning belt device uses micro DC motor as the power mechanism, identification cards with micro magnet as the adsorption element,polyester fiber as the material of safety warning belt. It is through the rotation device and reversible reverse operation control loop to achieve the quick layout of warning belt, fast fixing, cycle utilization and quick retraction, and solve the problem that the safety warning belt is inconvenient to carry out.
