休闲体育专业构建“五元实践”人才培养模式之探析

摘要
人才培养模式是教学改革永恒的主题,是随社会进步、教育改革、与时俱进的时代产物。本校休闲体育专业为了培养适应社会所需人才,经考察调研,总结经验,制定了"五元实践"人才培养模式,以"理论与实践相结合"为教育理念,分别从课堂实践、专项实践、校园实践、活动实践、社会实践等的角度、方位、层次展开实践活动,探讨对学生的培养作用。
Talents cultivation mode is the eternal theme of teaching reform,which follows social progress,educational reform and the pace with time. In order to cultivate talents that meet the needs of society,after investigation,survey and conclusion,the "Five Elements Practice" is established for leisure sport specialty.Holding the concept of "theory and practice combination",the new mode carries out practical activities from aspects of classroom practice,sport specific practice,campus practice,activity practice,and social practice to discuss its role in students' cultivation.
