摘要
42CrMo钢经锻造后广泛用于生产矿用掘进机传动轴,但其在使用过程中经常出现强度和韧性不匹配的问题,强度和冲击性能不能同时达到要求。为了解决以上问题,采用分形理论研究其冲击性能。结果表明,随着回火温度的逐步提高,冲击吸收功呈线性增加,而硬度却逐步减小;断口形貌的分形维数能够通过断口复杂程度的分析,反映材料的韧性性能,材料的韧性与分形维数成正相关。
42 CrMo is widely used in the production of roadheader drive shaft after forging,but the problem of strength is not consistent with toughness often occurs when it is in use,in other words strength and impact properties can not meet the requirements at the same time. Exploring the impact properties with fractal theory was essential to finish off the issue. The results show that,with the tempering temperature is becoming more and more higher, impact energy enhanced linearly,while hardness diminished gradully. Fractal dimension of fracture morphology can reflect metal material toughness property by analysis of fracture complex degree,metal material toughness is proportional to fractal dimension.
