摘要
茶叶作为健康饮品的代表,具有多种生理活性作用,包括抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌等。表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)等茶叶中主要成分具有抗炎和促进伤口愈合的作用,已经被大量的研究证实。皮肤伤口愈合是由炎症反应、组织增生等调节过程组成的一系列的生理生化反应过程,糖尿病等疾病会引起伤口愈合过程的延长或停滞。茶叶等植物组分对伤口愈合的促进作用,已经成为治疗和预防慢性伤口相关药物研发的热点。该文介绍了EGCG促进皮肤伤口愈合的作用和机制,综述了最新研究进展,为促进糖尿病伤口愈合药物研发和茶叶应用领域的开拓提供参考和思路。
        As a kind of healthy beverage,tea has a variety of physiological activities,including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and so on.The effect of(-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG)and other main componens in tea on anti-inflammatory and facilitating wound healing have been confirmed by numerous studies.Skin wound healing is a series of physiological and biochemical processes which are composed of inflammatory reaction,tissue hyperplasia and other regulatory processes.Diseases such as diabetes can impair or block the healing process.The promoting effect of tea and other plant components on wound healing has become a focus of drug research and development for the treatment and prevention of chronic wound healing.In this paper,the effect and mechanism of EGCG on facilitating skin wound healing were introduced and we summarizes the latest research progress,which could provide reference and ideas for the drug research and development on promoting diabetes wound healing and expanding the application field of tea.
