安康学院财务管理专业“336”人才培养模式的构建与实践

摘要
安康学院财务管理专业着力为地方培养高素质应用型人才,形成了具有系统性顶层设计的"336"人才培养模式。该模式明确了培养专业应用能力强、具有社会责任感和创新创业精神的3个培养目标,构建了课内外一体化的课程体系、软硬实力兼顾的保障体系、持续改进的教学质量监控体系3大支撑体系,实施了教师能力提升工程、课程教学改革工程、实践教学强化工程、创新创业实践工程、产教融合实施工程、社会责任感培养工程6项重点工程。该模式的构建与实践,对加强地方本科院校专业建设和提高人才培养质量具有一定的借鉴意义。
        The Financial Management specialty of Ankang University focus on developing high-quality applied talents for the local area."336"Talent Training Pattern with systematic top-level design has been formed. Under this pattern,3 training objectives are defined,namely,strong specialty application capability,good sense of social responsibility,and high spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship; 3 supporting systems are established, including curriculum system with in-and-out-of-class integration, guarantee system combining both software and hardware advantages, and teaching quality monitoring system with continuous improvement;and 6 key objects are implemented,including teachers' ability improvement project,curriculum and teaching reform project,practical teaching strengthening project,innovation and entrepreneurship practice project,industry education integration implementation project,and sense of social responsibility developing project. The establishment and practice of this pattern will provide reference for the specialty construction and improvement of talent training quality of local undergraduate universities.
