摘要
CFG桩复合地基作为地基处理的一种常用方式具有诸多优势而被广泛应用,但在软基加固中受到软土地层特性对施工工艺要求高的影响而谨慎采用。结合武汉市某CFG桩软基处理的工程实例,深入分析了出现桩身完整性缺陷问题的原因及其解决方法。研究认为,软土地区CFG桩施工过程应结合地质条件变化因地制宜的优化施工工艺,土方开挖方案应精细化防止桩端被剪切破坏。研究成果对软土地基CFG桩的应用具有借鉴意义。
        The CFG pile composite foundation has many advantages, so it has been widely used as the common foundation treatment. However, it has been carefully used in soft foundation reinforcement because of the high demand of the construction technology for soft clay. Based on a project case of soft foundation treatment using CFG piles in Wuhan, the reason of the pile integrity problems is analyzed, and the solving methods are proposed. The studies show that it shall be better to optimize the construction technology according to the change of geological conditions under different local conditions in the process of the CFG pile construction in soft soil area, and earthwork excavation scheme should be subtilized to prevent the shear damage at pile end. The research results have significant reference to the application of CFG piles in soft foundation.
