自拟枳桔六君子汤治疗肺癌晚期肿瘤相关性乏力的临床效果

摘要
目的观察枳桔六君子汤治疗肺癌晚期肿瘤相关性乏力(CRF)的临床效果。方法将68例肺癌晚期CRF患者根据治疗方法不同分为试验组和对照组,各34例。对照组给予化疗、放疗等规范治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用枳桔六君子汤治疗。比较两组的乏力指数、KPS评分及中医证候疗效。结果治疗后,试验组无乏力患者占比显著高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组KPS评分均显著高于治疗前,且试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枳桔六君子汤治疗肺癌晚期CRF效果显著,且能改善患者的KSP评分及中医证候疗效,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhijie Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue(CRF) of advanced lung cancer. Methods Sixty-eight patients with CRF of advanced lung cancer were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy, while the experimental group was given Zhijie Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group. The fatigue index, KPS scores and TCM syndromes effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the proportion of patients without fatigue in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group and before treatment(P <0.05). After treatment, the KPS scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and that of the experimental group was higher the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Zhijie Liujunzi decoction has significant effect in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue of advanced lung cancer, and can improve the KSP score and TCM syndromes effect of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
