摘要
以上海中心大厦机电安装过程中的吊装作业为案例,分析了超高层建筑项目中大型设备吊装的难点和特点。介绍了BIM软件在吊装技术中的运用,重点阐述了设备吊装的重心位移法和移动平台拖运法这2种吊装方法。大型设备吊装技术的成功实施,为国内500 m以上高度建筑的材料与设备吊装提供了成功案例。
Taking the hoisting operation in the electromechanical installation process of Shanghai Tower as an example,the difficulties and characteristics of large equipment hoisting in super high-rise building projects are analyzed. This paper also introduces the application of BIM software in the hoisting technology, and focuses on two types of hoisting methods: the barycentric displacement method and the mobile platform haulage method. The successful practice of large equipment hoisting technology has provided a successful case for the hoisting of materials and equipment at a height of more than 500 m buildings in China.
