摘要
干气脱硫塔在实际应用过程中经常会发生内壁塔出现严重的腐蚀现象。某厂在针对其内部干气脱硫厂进行检修的过程中发现,内壁塔实际出现的腐蚀现象呈现出下而上逐渐加重的现象,针对其腐蚀原因进行深入分析后,为了保证整个设备能够实现安全运行,并对设备维修作业工期以及作业成本等各种因素进行综合考虑后,最终采取了金属喷涂方法来进行设备维修。
        In the actual application process, the dry gas desulfurization tower often has serious corrosion phenomenon in the inner wall tower. In the process of overhauling the internal dry gas desulfurization plant, a factory found that the actual corrosion phenomenon of the inner wall tower showed a phenomenon of increasing from bottom to top. After in-depth analysis of the cause of corrosion, in order to ensure the safety of the entire equipment. After running and considering various factors such as equipment maintenance operation period and operation cost, the metal spraying method was finally adopted for equipment maintenance.
