The gemstone diversion power station has a maximum storage capacity of 231,000 m3 and a power plant installed capacity of 600 kW. The hub projects include barrage, intake gates, water delivery tunnels, pressure front pools, power plant houses, tail water channels, booster stations and networking lines. In this paper, the design and analysis of the main construction of the power station are carried out, including foundation excavation, dam foundation curtain grouting construction, concrete construction, barrage construction, water transfer tunnel construction, intake gate and pressure front pool construction, pressure pipe construction, power plant construction, Construction of flood bridges, construction of metal structure equipment and electromechanical equipment, and construction of booster stations. The completion of the gem water diversion power station can increase the local power supply, alleviate the contradiction of power shortage, and use the water surface of the reservoir area to develop aquaculture and tourism, foster new economic growth points, promote local economic development, and accelerate the pace of new rural construction.
