住院医师规范化培训过程档案管理工作的思考

摘要
住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)过程档案管理是住培基地住培管理工作中一项重要工作,是住培管理工作的成效的依据和衡量,对住培医师人才的培养有着不可衡量的意义。本文从住培过程档案的重要性和特点进行了分析,进一步说明了当前住培过程档案管理存在的管理制度不完善、住培基地不重视住培过程档案管理、管理意识不强、过程档案开发利用力度缺乏等问题。并就如何做好住培过程档案管理提出了提高住培过程档案管理人员意识、建立健全档案管理制度、加强住培档案管理经验交流学习、做好档案的开发利用以及加强信息化建设等观点,以期提高住培医师培训过程档案的管理水平,服务住培管理工作,提高人才培养层次。
The process of archives management in standardized resident training is an important work in the standardized base for training residents, which is the theoretical basis of resident training management. It has an immeasurable significance for the cultivation the standardized resident training talents. This paper analyzes the importance and characteristics of the process archives management in standardized resident training, and further illustrates the problems existing in current process archives management system, such as imperfect management system, base ignoring process file management in standardized resident training, lack of a sense of management, and not strong in development and utilization of process file. It also puts forward some views on how to do well in archives management in the process of residential training, such as raising the awareness of archives managers during the standardized resident training, establishing and perfecting the process archives management system, promote the communication and experience in the management of residential training archives, making good use of archives and strengthening information construction. In order to improve the level of process archives management in standardized training in residents, service residential training management, and improve the level of talent training.
