“一带一路”倡议沿线地区绿色食品产业生产技术效率研究

摘要
为了了解"一带一路"倡议对相关地区绿色食品产业生产技术效率的影响,笔者利用2011—2015年面板数据,运用随机前沿生产函数(SFA)分析了"一带一路"倡议沿线17个省(市、自治区)的绿色食品产业生产技术效率。结果表明:黑龙江省的平均生产技术效率最高,其次是辽宁省,两省都在0. 800 0以上;重庆市的生产技术效率最低,仅为0. 207 1;陕西省的生产技术效率年均变动率最高,达到0. 072 7,其次是内蒙古自治区;有6个省(自治区)的年均变动率为负值,云南省的生产技术效率倒退幅度最大,达到0. 072 9,其次是黑龙江省。说明"一带一路"倡议相关地区绿色食品产业发展差异较大,绿色食品产业结构亟待升级;经济发展水平、政府扶持政策等因素影响绿色食品产业生产技术效率的提升。
        The panel data from 2011 to 2015 was adoped to analyze the production technology efficiency of the green food industry in 17 provinces( cities and autonomous regions) along‘the Belt and Road'by using the stochastic frontier production function( SFA) in order to understand the influence of‘the Belt and Road'strategy on the technological efficiency of the green food industry in the strategic area. The results showed that Heilongjiang province had the highest production technical efficiency,followed by Liaoning province,both provinces were above0. 800 0; Chongqing had the lowest production technical efficiency,only 0. 207 1; Shaanxi province had the highest change rate of green food production technical efficiency,reaching 0. 072 7,followed by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and the change rate of production technical efficiency in six provinces and regions were negative. And the regression of Yunnan's production technical efficiency is the largest,reaching0. 072 9,followed by Heilongjiang Province. It indicats that the development of green food industry in the " the Belt and Road" strategy area is quite different. The green food industry structure in the related areas along‘the Belt and Road'needs to be upgraded. The level of economic development and the government support policy affect the technological efficiency of the green food industry.
