基于区块链技术的证券行业应用前景及业务开展路径探析

摘要
区块链作为一种新的技术,对于降低证券业风险、提升运行效率有着重要的现实意义,同时,区块链技术对目前证券市场的法律制度、技术创新、金融稳定、风险监控体系也提出了挑战。未来区块链技术在证券发行交易、登记、清算结算领域将有应用前景,在发展初期,区块链技术只能在证券业局部环节和业务层面运用,其在我国证券业的业务开展路径是场外发行交易、资产证券化、互联网股权融资以及证券交易与清算。本文从加强区块链分布式账册的技术研发、金融监管制度建设、推动区块链+证券的法治框架等方面提出了几点政策建议。
As a new technology, Block chain has important practical significance in reducing the risk and improving the operational efficiency of the securities industry. Block chain technology poses a challenge to the legal system, technological innovation, financial stability and risk management and control system of the current securities market. In the future, block chain technology will have application prospects in securities issuance transactions, registrations and clearing and settlement. Block chain technology can only be used in the securities industry at the initial stage of development and its business development path in the securities industry in China is over-the-counter issuance transactions, asset securitization, Internet equity financing and securities trading and liquidation. Some policy suggestions are put forward about strengthening the technology development of block chain distributed books, building financial regulatory systems and promoting the rule of law framework of the block chain + securities.
