川杏清肺糖浆联合常规西医治疗急性支气管炎的临床观察

摘要
目的:观察川杏清肺糖浆联合常规西医治疗急性支气管炎的临床疗效,及对患者呼吸功能和血清炎症因子的影响。方法:120例急性支气管患者随机分成常规组和联合组,常规组给予常规西医治疗,联合组在常规组基础上加用川杏清肺糖浆,疗程均为7 d。比较两组临床疗效、主要症状的改善时间,以及治疗前后肺功能与血清炎症因子水平变化。结果:联合组气促缓解及湿啰音消失时间均明显短于常规组(P <0. 01);两组治疗后肺功能指标、血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平较治疗前有明显改善(P <0. 01),且联合组明显优于常规组(P <0. 05或P <0. 01);联合组显愈率75%,总有效率100%,均明显高于常规组(P <0. 05)。结论:川杏清肺糖浆治疗急性支气管炎患者疗效确切,利于加快呼吸道症状的缓解,提高肺功能,其疗效机制与抗炎作用存在相关性。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chuanxing Qingfei syrup combined with the conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute bronchitis,and to explore the effects on inflammatory factors and respiratory function.Methods: Totally 120 cases of patients with acute bronchitis were randomly divided into the conventional group and the combined group with 60 cases in each. The conventional group was given the conventional western medicine treatment,and the combined group was treated with Chuanxing Qingfei additionally,and the treatment course was 7 days. After the treatment,the therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the groups. The improvement time of main symptoms and the changes of pulmonary function and inflammatory factor levels were detected for both groups. Results: After the treatment,the shortness of breath was improved in the combined group,and the disappearance time of wet sound was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group( P < 0. 01). After the treatment,the pulmonary function indices,and the serum levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly improved in the two groups( P < 0. 01),and the improvement of the combined group was significantly better than that in the conventional group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The resolution rate of the combined group was 75%,the total effective rate was100%,which was higher than that in the conventional group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Chuanxing Qingfei syrup is effective in treating acute bronchitis patients,which is helpful to relieve respiratory symptoms and improve pulmonary function,and the action mechanism may be related to the anti-inflammatory effects.
