农业综合开发水利工程建设项目质量管理探讨

摘要
阜蒙县农业综合开发水利工程建设质量不尽如人意,小型水利工程质量缺陷较为突出。针对目前存在的可行性分析论证不充分、建设单位技术力量不足、施工队伍能力不强、政府部门质量监督不到位等问题,提出将质量管理纳入法制化轨道、增强质量意识、严格建设程序、强化前期设计与后期施工等对策,为提高农业综合开发水利工程建设项目质量管理水平提供借鉴。
The construction quality of water conservancy project in Fumeng county is not satisfactory, and the quality defect of small water conservancy project is more outstanding. In view of the existing problems such as insufficient feasibility analysis and demonstration, insufficient technical force of the construction unit, weak capacity of the construction team, and inadequate quality supervision by government departments, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as bringing quality management into the legal track, enhancing quality consciousness, strict construction procedure, strengthening preliminary design and later construction,etc., in order to provide reference for improving the water conservancy project quality management level of agricultural comprehensive development.
