地方高校分析测试中心的“重建”探索

摘要
随着高水平大学的建设,为测试中心的再次建设和发展注入新的活力。中心利用学校工科特色鲜明的学科优势,以学科需求主导仪器采购、促进实验室联合共建,组建多学科交叉平台;设立开放基金,提高自主研发水平,打造有创造力的共享平台。中心加强信息化建设,建立网络管理体系,促进大型仪器的开放共享,提高管理质量并逐步实现实验室的资质认定和认可。同时,中心致力于高水平工程技术队伍的建设,着重做好人才培养工作;创新管理模式、实施特殊仪器特色管理、完善各项规章制度、强化实验室安全管理等方式,实现中心教师实验技术向国际化、技能化、市场经济化转变。为地方工科高校分析测试中心的建设和管理提供借鉴。
With the construction of high-level universities, new vigor has been injected into the re-construction and development of the analysis and test center. The center takes advantage of the distinct discipline advantages of the school's engineering characteristics, takes the discipline demand as the leading factor in instrument procurement, promotes the co-construction of laboratories, and establishes a multi-disciplinary cross-platform. By setting up an open fund, the center can improve the level of independent research and development and create a creative sharing platform. And the center strengthens the information construction, establishes the network management system, promotes the open sharing of large-scale instruments, improves the management quality, and gradually realizes the laboratory qualification authentication and approval. Meanwhile, the center is devoted to the construction of high-level engineering and technical personnel, with emphasis on cultivating talents. Through innovating management mode, implementing special instrument characteristic management, perfecting rules and regulations, and strengthening laboratory safety management, the center realizes the transformation of experimental technology of central teachers to internationalization, skilled and market economy. This will provide reference for the construction and management of the analysis and test center of local engineering colleges and universities.
