银翘清咽挥发油的抗菌活性研究

摘要
目的:观察银翘清咽挥发油的体外抗菌作用。方法:采用纸片法进行药敏测试,采用肉汤稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:银翘清咽挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、伤寒杆菌、变形杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌的抑菌作用最强,MIC分别为0.5mg/mL和2mg/mL,MBC分别为2mg/mL和4mg/mL。结论:银翘清咽挥发油具有较好的抗菌作用,实验结果为银翘清咽颗粒用于治疗外感风热证提供了药理学的数据和参考。
Objective: The essential oil of Yinqiao Qingyan Keli was evaluated for its antibacterial activity in vitro. Methods: The antibacterial activity of the oil was investigated by Kirby-Bauer method, and the broth microdilution method for minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC). Results: The oil of Yinqiao Qingyan Keli showed moderate to strong inhibition against all tested bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhi, Proteus), with MIC(0.5 mg/mL, 2 mg/mL) and MBC(2 mg/mL, 4 mg/mL) values against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Conclusion: The study indicated that the oil of Yinqiao Qingyan Keli possessed moderate to strong antibacterial properties against the five strains pathogenic bacteria, and provided some experimental support for the Yinqiao Qingyan Keli in the treatment of exogenous wind-heat attack.
