摘要
为了确定一起山羊肺炎的病原体,从病羊肺脏中分离到1株巴氏杆菌样细菌,编号为ZY150911,对其进行形态学、生理生化和16SrDNA鉴定,并对其致病性和耐药性进行研究。分离株ZY150911经ATB-ID 32E生化鉴定系统初步鉴定为Bibersteinia trehalosi。16SrDNA进化分析表明ZY150911与各B.trehalosi株形成同一进化支,与B.trehalosi各株间的同源性为96.9%~98.4%,其中与模式菌株NCTC10370同源性为97.7%。根据形态学、生理生化和16SrDNA进化分析,将分离株ZY150911鉴定为B.trehalosi。致病性试验表明,分离株ZY150911对小鼠有强致病性,其LD50为3.2×106.2。分离株ZY150911对青霉素、氨苄西林耐药,对头孢噻吩、头孢呋辛、头孢曲松、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、阿米卡星、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、四环素、磺胺、氟苯尼考敏感。本研究在国内首次从动物体内分离到强致病性B.trehalosi,建议将其中文译名为海藻百伯坦菌,其可能为羊的一种新的致病菌,为羊B.trehalosi感染的诊断和流行病学研究奠定基础。
        To diagnose a pathogen caused goat pneumonia,a Gram negative pasteurella-like bacteria,designed as ZY150911,was isolated from the lung,and the morphological identification,biological characterization,phylogenetic analysis of 16 SrDNA,animal artificial infection,antibiotic susceptibility of ZY150911 were studied.The strain ZY150911 was preliminarily identified as Bibersteinia trehalosi by API-ID32 Ebiochemical identification system.Phylogenetic analysis indicated that strain ZY150911 clustered together with all 16 representative B.trehalosi strains to form one highly related branch and 16 SrDNA nucleotide sequence shared 97.7%and 96.9%-98.4%similarity with NCTC10370 and the B.trehalosi strains,respectively.Our results confirmed that the strain ZY150911 belong to B.trehalosi.Animal artificial infection indicated that the strain ZY150911 was high pathogenic to mice and the 50%lethal dose(LD50)was 3.2×106.2 CFU.Antibiotics susceptibility test showed that the isolates was resistant to penicillin and ampicillin.and sensitive to cefalotin,cefuroxime,ceftriaxone,gentamicin,kanamycine,amikacin,ofloxacin,norfloxacin,tetracycline,sulfadiazine and florfenicol.To our knowledge,this is the first report on the isolation of B.trehalosi from animal and with high pathogenic to mice.We suppose that the B.trehalosi may be a novel pathogen for goat.This study provid the base of diagnosis and epidemiology of B.trehalosi infection in goat.
