基于复杂网络的名中医诊治肺癌用药规律分析

摘要
目的:基于某三甲中医医院名中医治疗肺癌有效病历数据,挖掘肺癌的中医用药规律。方法:利用某三甲中医医院门诊电子病历系统中提取的1175张治疗肺癌有效处方数据,采用复杂网络数据挖掘分析方法,总结分析名中医诊治肺癌的用药规律。结果:肺癌的常见证型为气阴两伤、痰淤热毒、癌毒走注、痰淤郁毒、热毒痰瘀、痰瘀郁毒阻肺;常用中药为北沙参、南沙参、太子参、麦冬、白花蛇舌草、山茨菇、泽漆、仙鹤草等。结论:采用复杂网络算法对名中医治疗肺癌疾病的病历处方数据进行挖掘,分析名中医的用药规律,利用复杂网络的多尺度骨干网络图谱分析临床名中医在肺癌治疗过程中的辨证论治、遣方用药规律,对传承和挖掘名中医治疗肺癌的优秀经验,并指导临床诊疗及用药具有较大的应用价值。
Objective: To explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in lung cancer based on the effective medical records of lung cancer in a 3 A traditional Chinese hospital(TCM). Methods: A total of 1175 effective prescription data on lung cancer were extracted from the outpatient record system of a 3 A hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, and the method of complex network analysis was used to summarize and analyze the rule of drug use in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. Results: The common syndrome types of lung cancer are two injuries of qi and yin, phlegm stasis and heat-toxicity, movable cancerous toxicity, phlegmatic toxin, and phlegm and stagnation of lung. The commonly used Chinese medicine is Radix Glehniae, Radix Adenophorae, Radix Pseudostellariae, Radix Ophiopogon, Herba Hedyotis, Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones, EuphorbiahelioscopiaL., Herba Agrimoniae, etc.. Conclusion: The application of complex network data mining technology to the law of drug use in the treatment of lung cancer by traditional Chinese medicine and the using the network map to analyze the rule of syndrome differentiation and treatment of lung cancer in clinical of Chinese medicine, and to inherit and excavate the excellent experience of treating lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine, and to guide the clinical treatment and medication have great application value.
