摘要
以山西耀光煤电有限责任公司2×200 MW机组脱销系统超低排放工程脱销控制方案为例,结合超低排放改造前流场模拟试验所发现的问题及解决策略,对SNCR在流化床机组控制策略进行了分析总结,使NO_x控制更精准,达到使用最经济的运行方式获得最高的脱硝效率,同时也为以后循环流化床SNCR控制方案应用提供参考。
Taking the ultra-low emission scheme of 2 x200 MW unit denitrification system of Shanxi Yaoguang Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd. as an example, combined with the problems and solutions found in the simulation experiment of flow field before ultra-low emission transformation, the control strategy of SNCR in fluidized bed unit was analyzed and summarized. The control strategy makes NO_x control more precise, and achieves the highest denitrification efficiency while using the most economical operation mode, which provides references for the application of the circulating fluidized bed SNCR control scheme.
