负压治疗在男科学领域的应用进展

摘要
目的了解国内外学者对负压治疗在男科学领域的研究情况,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法查阅相关文献,就目前负压治疗在勃起功能障碍、阴茎硬结症等男科学疾病的研究进展以及其局限性进行综述。结果负压治疗的安全性高且不良反应少,其有效性在勃起功能障碍、阴茎硬结症的治疗上已较为明确,而在早泄、阴茎假体植入术等其他男科疾病上需做进一步的研究。结论负压治疗具便宜、无创、便捷、疗效好、保持阴茎长度等优点,具有广阔的发展前景。
In recent years, vacuum therapy(VT) has been widely used in erectile dysfunction(ED), Peyronie 's disease(PD),premature ejaculation, penile prosthesis implantation and other diseases of andrology. Its effectiveness and safety have been confirmed by many basic and clinical studies. VT is inexpensive, non-invasive, convenient and eutherapeutic, and has the advantage of maintaining postoperative penis length, etc., and possesses very broad development prospect. This article reviews the applications and limitations of VT in ED, PD and other diseases.
