还原型谷胱甘肽用于肾病综合征治疗的效果评价

摘要
目的分析肾病综合征患者采用还原性谷胱甘肽进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取在我院进行药物治疗的临床确诊肾病综合征患者78例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组、治疗组两组,每组39例。对照组采用醋酸泼尼松片进行治疗;治疗组采用醋酸泼尼松片联合还原性谷胱甘肽进行治疗。对两组患者药物所致不良反应、肾功能恢复正常时间、药物治疗效果等指标进行对比分析。结果治疗组患者中发生不良反应者仅有1例,少于对照组的6例;肾功能恢复正常时间短于对照组;药物治疗总有效率达到92.3%,高于对照组的71.8%。有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾病综合征患者采用还原性谷胱甘肽进行治疗,能够迅速恢复肾功能,减少药物不良反应,使治疗效果显著提升。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of treatment with reductive glutathione in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 78 patients with clinically diagnosed nephrotic syndrome who were treated with drugs in our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets; the treatment group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets and reduced glutathione. The adverse reactions of drugs in the two groups, the normal time of renal function recovery, and the therapeutic effect of drugs were compared and analyzed.Results There were only 1 case of adverse reactions in the treatment group, 6 cases less than the control group; the normal time of renal function recovery was shorter than that of the control group; the total effective rate of drug treatment was 92.3%, which was higher than 71.8% of the control group. Statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with nephrotic syndrome treated with reduced glutathione can quickly restore kidney function,reduce adverse drug reactions, and significantly improve the treatment effect.
