内泄漏对提升机制动性能的影响研究

摘要
以JKMD3.5×4型矿井提升机配套的制动系统为研究对象,分析了该制动系统工作制动与二级安全制动的工作原理。通过AMESim建立了提升机制动器液压系统的仿真模型。通过改变制动器油缸活塞与缸壁的配合间隙大小来改变液压油内泄漏量。在4种不同内泄漏量条件下,仿真了提升机的松闸与二级安全制动过程,从而得到了不同内泄漏量条件下的制动器油缸油压、制动力、制动时间、制动减速度,并分析了不同内泄漏量对提升机制动性能的影响。仿真结果表明内泄漏量过大对提升机制动性能有显著影响,严重威胁提升机安全可靠停车。研究结果为制动器液压系统的内泄漏故障诊断与健康管理提供理论依据。
        Taking the brake system of the JKMD3.5×4 mine hoist as the research object, the working principle of the work brake and the two stage safety brake of the brake system was analyzed. A simulation model of hydraulic system for brake of hoist was established by AMESim. The internal leakage amount of the brake system was changed by changing the size of the fit clearance between the piston and the cylinder wall of the brake cylinder. Under 4 different internal leakage conditions, the loose brake and the two stage safety braking process of the hoist were simulated,and the oil pressure of brake cylinder,the braking force, braking time,braking deceleration were obtained under the conditions of different internal leakage,and the influence of different internal leakage on the braking performance of the hoist was analyzed. The simulation results show that the excessive internal leakage has a significant effect on the braking performance of the hoist,which seriously threatens the safe and reliable parking of the hoist. The research results provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and health management of the internal leakage fault of the hydraulic system for brake.
