现代职业教育治理机制理论、条件与趋势

摘要
现代化的职业教育治理机制是治理目标、治理主体、治理结构、治理方式等诸要素从传统到现代的变化;何谓职业教育治理机制,为了尽快推进职业教育机制改革,哪些条件能够实现现代化的职业教育治理机制以及未来发展的趋势是什么?追问这些问题既有一定的理论意义,也是职业教育在现实中改革的关键所在。职业教育治理机制现代化的条件是民主与法制的合理平衡及植根于本土化的全球化;现代化的职业教育治理趋势是促进行业、企业积极参与现代职业教育治理,形成利益相关者共同治理的格局。
The modern vocational education governance mechanism is the change of the elements of governance goal,the body of governance,governance structure,way of governance from traditional to modern.What is the governance mechanism of vocational education?In order to promote the reform of vocational education mechanism as soon as possible,What condition can realize modernized vocational education governance mechanism?And what are the future trends?Asking these questions has certain theoretical significance and is also the key to the reform of vocational education in reality.The conditions for the modernization of the vocational education governance mechanism are the balance between democracy and the rule of law and the globalization rooted in localization.The trend of modern governance is to promote the industry and enterprises to actively participate in the modern vocational education governance,and form a pattern of common governance of stakeholders.
