浅析民营中小型食品企业的困境与发展——基于陕西省大荔县部分食品企业的调研

摘要
陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院实践团队15人深入基层,到达陕西省大荔县进行针对民营中小型企业参观与调研。经过近7 d的深入调研,团队成员发现民营中小型食品企业发展面临的困境。经过文献调查总结后,分析了民营中小型企业发展困境产生的原因,并提出了可行性方案,旨在引起其他相关县域发展食品产业的关注与思考。
Fifteen people from the college of food engineering and nutrition Science of Shaanxi Normal University went to the grassroots level and arrived in Dali County,Shaanxi Province to conduct private research and research on small and medium-sized enterprises. After nearly seven days of in-depth research,team members found the difficulties faced by private small and medium-sized food enterprises. After the literature survey and summary,the reasons for the development dilemma of private small and medium-sized enterprises were analyzed,and a feasible plan was proposed to attract the attention and thinking of other relevant county development food industries.
