摘要
以贵州六盘水二塘选煤厂煤样为试验样品,采用聚丙烯酰胺为絮凝剂、硫酸铝为凝聚剂,在调控煤泥水pH值条件下,考察聚丙烯酰胺、硫酸铝添加顺序对煤泥水絮凝沉降效果的影响。试验结果表明,当pH值小于6时,"反加"(先加聚丙烯酰胺再加硫酸铝)的沉降速度比"正加"(先加硫酸铝再加聚丙烯酰胺)的沉降速度快;当pH值大于6时,"正加"的沉降速度比"反加"的沉降速度快。在碱性条件下,随着煤泥水pH值升高,沉降速度开始变缓慢,且澄清区浑浊度较高,沉降效果较差。
        A coal sample of Ertang coal preparation plant in Guizhou province was used as the test sample in this paper.Polyacrylamide as flocculant and aluminum sulfate as coagulant were used to investigate the effect of adding order of polyacrylamide and aluminum sulfate on flocculation sedimentation of coal slurry under the different pH.The experimental results showed that when the pH value was less than 6,the sedimentation rate of "anti-addition",adding polyacrylamide firstly and adding aluminum sulfate secondly,was better than that of "positive-addition",adding aluminum sulfate firstly and adding polyacrylamide secondly.When the pH value was more than 6,the sedimentation speed of "positive-addition" was faster than the "anti-addition",as well as the settlement effect.Under the alkaline conditions,the sedimentation rate was becoming to slow down and the turbidity of clarification area was becoming to higher along with the increase of pH value,as well as the settlement effect.
