摘要
针对矿山排水系统效率低、能耗高等问题,将主排水泵与前置泵串联,提出前置泵串级调速技术。在理论分析节流调节和变速调节能耗的基础上,搭建水泵串级调速实验模拟测试平台,分别开展了节流调节和变速调节实验,依据水泵串联排水系统特性曲线方程,推导了前置泵转速确定方法,通过模拟实验证明了前置泵变速调节可显著提高排水系统效率,并验证了前置泵转速确定方法的可靠性。
        Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high energy consumption of mine drainage system,the cascade speed regulation technology of the booster pump was put forward by connecting the main drainage pump with the booster pump in series. On the basis of theoretical analysis of energy consumption of throttle regulation and speed regulation,a simulation test platform for cascade speed regulation of pumps was built,throttle regulation and speed regulation experiments were carried out respectively. According to the characteristic curve equation of pump series drainage system,derive a method for determining the speed of the booster pump. The simulation experiment proves that the speed regulation of the booster pump can significantly improve the efficiency of the drainage system. The reliability of the method for determining the speed of the booster pump was verified.
