摘要
以2,5-二甲基吡嗪为原料,去离子水为溶剂,高锰酸钾为氧化剂在加热回流的条件下合成了2,5-吡嗪二甲酸。探讨了不同温度,氧化剂高锰酸钾用量,回流时间等因素对2,5-吡嗪二甲酸收率的影响。结果表明,当n(KMnO_4)∶n(2,5-二甲基吡嗪)=5∶1,反应温度为80℃,回流时间为5 h时, 2,5-吡嗪二甲酸的收率达13.64%。
2,5-Pyrazinedicarboxylic acid was synthesized through heating and refluxing using 2, 5-dimethylpyrazine as the starting materials, deionized water as solvent and potassium permanganate as oxidant.The reaction conditions were explored and determined as follows: the molar ratio of potassium permanganate to 2,5-dimethylpyrazine 5:1,reaction temperature around 80℃, the refluxing time 5 h. The yield of the topic compound was up to 13.64%.
