摘要

掌握基于电子商务的集群供应链风险因素,并对风险因子进行识别和评判,不仅可以帮助集群内企业有效的控制和管理风险,也能为电子商务环境下的集群供应链企业提供更加科学高效的管理支持。本文研究分析基于电子商务的集群供应链风险因子,对其进行分类,构建风险评估体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价的方法建立基于电子商务的集群供应链风险评估模型,并以临沂义堂板材企业集群作为具体案例进行验证分析。
        Acquiring knowledge of the cluster supply chain risk based on e-commerce and making identification and judgment for risk factors not only can help enterprises to effectively control and manage risk,but also can provide enterprises in cluster supply chain with a more scientific and efficient management support.The paper analyzes and classifies the risk factors of cluster supply chain based on e-commerce,and establishes risk assessment system.Then the paper uses entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to build the final establishment of cluster supply chain risk assessment model based on electronic commerce with a example of a plate industry enterprises group of Yitang Linyi.
