精细化管理在手术室护理管理中的应用评价

摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选用该院2017年2月—2018年3月期间治疗的128例手术患者为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为常规管理,观察组为精细化管理,对比两组管理情况。结果干预后,两组的抑郁、焦虑、心慌评分低于干预前,观察组的抑郁、焦虑、心慌评分低于对照组,观察组的手术效率、护理质量、满意度评分高于对照组。结论精细化管理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果显著,提高了手术效率,缩短了手术时间,值得应用。
Objective This paper tries to explore the application effect of refined management in operating room nursing management. Methods 128 patients who were treated in this hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into two groups. The control group was routinely managed. The observation group was treated with refined management, and the management of the two groups was compared. Results After the intervention, the scores of depression, anxiety, and palpitation in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention. The scores of depression, anxiety, and palpi tation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The observation group had higher in surgical efficiency, nursing quality, and satisfaction score than the control group. Conclusion The application of fine management in the operation management of the operating room is very effective, which improves the efficiency of surgery and shortens the operation time. It is worth applying.
