摘要

本文以工程教育为背景,结合大学生化工设计竞赛的发展特点,从企业提供的赞助、评审、指导和实训等方面,论述了企业在竞赛中助推高校发展的贡献;又从高校为企业的宣传、人才培养和教研相长等方面,阐明了高校通过大赛对企业发展和人才输送所起的关键作用。同时总结出化工设计竞赛、高校与企业三者之间的辩证统一、相互促进的关系。
        This paper combines with the progress and property of National College Students Chemical Engineering Design Contest under the background of engineering education. The contribution of enterprises to the development of colleges in the contest is discussed from sponsoring, review, guidance and practical training of enterprises; and the key role of colleges to the development of enterprises is illustrated from the publicity, talents cultivation, teaching and research of colleges. Meanwhile, the relationship of dialectical unity and promotion between the contest, colleges and enterprises are summarized.
