乳腺癌放疗患者应用标准化皮肤护理对放射性皮炎的影响

摘要
目的:探讨标准化皮肤护理对乳腺癌患者放射治疗皮肤损伤的影响。方法:将62例乳腺癌放射治疗患者随机分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31),对照组给予日常护理,观察组给予标准化皮肤护理,比较两组患者接受放射治疗后皮肤的损伤程度及瘙痒程度。结果:放射治疗后,观察组皮肤损伤程度及皮肤瘙痒程度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化皮肤护理可以改善乳腺癌患者放射治疗时导致的皮肤损伤,值得进一步在临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the influence of standardized skin care on radiodermatitis in patients with breast cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods: 62 cases of patients with breast cancer undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into control group(n=31) and observation group(n=31), the control group accepted daily care, while observation group received standardized skin care, compared the degrees of skin damage and itching of the two groups after radiotherapy. Results: After radiotherapy, the skin damage and itching degree of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Standardized skin care can improve the skin damage induced by radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer,which deserves further clinical promotion.
