阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果分析

摘要
目的探究阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎患儿的有效性及不良反应。方法选取我院2015年3月—2017年9月收治的支原体肺炎患儿68例,其中接受红霉素治疗的34例患儿为对照组,接受阿奇霉素治疗的34例患儿为观察组,比较两组的住院时间、退热时间、啰音消失时间、咳嗽缓解时间、临床疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组退热时间(3.07±0.95)d、咳嗽缓解时间(4.14±1.29)d、啰音消失时间(4.37±1.41)d以及住院时间(7.24±2.37)d,均短于对照组[(4.21±1.04)d、(5.35±1.58)d、(6.52±1.84)d、(9.85±3.12)d],两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为26.47%(9/34),其分别为胃肠道反应5例、皮疹2例和静脉刺激2例,观察组不良反应发生率为5.88%(2/34),胃肠道反应和静脉刺激各1例,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在临床总有效率上,组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论阿奇霉素在支原体肺炎患儿中应用效果良好,能够有效缩短患儿症状缓解时间和住院时间,且安全性可靠。
        Objective To explore the efficacy and adverse reactions of azithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 68 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to September 2017 were selected, of which 34 children received erythromycin as control group and 34 children received azithromycin as observation group. The hospitalization time, antipyretic time, rale disappearance time, cough relief time, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The antipyretic time(3.07±0.95) d, cough remission time(4.14±1.29)d, rale disappearance time(4.37±1.41) d and hospitalization time(7.24±2.37)d in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(4.21±1.04)d,(5.35±1.58)d,(6.52±1.84)d,(9.85±3.12)d], respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 26.47%(9/34), including gastrointestinal reactions in 5 cases, rashes in 2 cases and intravenous stimulation in 2 cases. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was5.88%(2/34), which was 1 case for gastrointestinal reactions and 1 case for intravenous stimulation respectively. The data were statistically significant(P < 0.05). And there was no significant difference in the total clinical effective rate(P > 0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin has good effect in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia. It can effectively shorten the remission time and hospitalization time of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia, and is safe and reliable.
