摘要

地方高校教育硕士专业学位研究生生源质量不够理想,培养过程中专业实践能力训练不足,需要改革培养模式,树立以专业实践能力为重心的培养观。通过优化课程结构,完善实践教学体系,加强实践基地建设,改进研究生指导模式,加强导师队伍建设,注重管理制度建设等措施,可以有效提高教育硕士专业学位研究生培养质量。
        The quality of postgraduates in regional universities is not ideal,and the training of professional practice ability is insufficient.It is necessary to reform the training mode and establish the concept that takes professional practice ability as the focus.By optimizing the curriculum structure,enriching the practice teaching system,strengthening the practice base construction,improving the postgraduate guidance model,perfecting the construction of the tutor team,and paying attention to the construction of the management system,the quality of the postgraduate education will be effectively improved.
