摘要

以河海大学一流学科建设中的实验室建设为例,从实验室效率、安全和师资建设三个方面,分析了当前高校实验室推行"7S"管理的必要性,探讨了整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、安全、素养和节约7个要素在实验室中的实施要领。在仪器设备管理、实验场地管理和人员素养管理等三个方面给出了"7S"管理实施的具体措施。
        By taking the laboratory construction in the first-class discipline program of Hohai University as an example, this paper analyses the necessity of implementing the "7S" management in university laboratories from three aspects of laboratory efficiency, safety and teachers construction, and probes into the essentials of implementing the "7S" management in laboratories with seven elements such as sorting out, reorganizing, clearing up, cleaning, safety, literacy and saving. Specific measures for implementing the "7S" management are presented in the following three aspects: instrument and equipment management, laboratory site management and personnel quality management.
