摘要
目的探讨镇江市在岗职工职业健康体检心电图异常检出情况,为职业健康监护提供临床数据。方法选取2016年在镇江市疾控中心进行职业健康体检的19 928名受检者心电图资料,分为5个年龄组,进行同年龄组不同性别、不同年龄组同性别和不同工种异常心电图的统计分析。结果男性心电图异常检出率在18~57岁四个年龄组中均高于女性(P<0.01)。男性职工除窦性心动过速外,其余10种心电图异常检出率均随年龄增长而逐渐升高或降低(P<0.01)。女性职工除ST-T改变、一度房室传导阻滞和室性早搏外,其余8种心电图异常检出率均随年龄增长而逐渐升高或降低(P<0.05)。不同环境下作业人员心电图异常检出率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=23.678,P<0.01),高温环境下最高。结论心电图异常检出率与性别、年龄及作业环境有较密切关系,定期健康体检对在岗职工心血管疾病的预防有积极意义。
        Objective To investigate the abnormal electrocardiogram(ECG) of occupational health examination in Zhenjiang,provide clinical data for occupational health monitoring.Methods Electrocardiogram(ECG) data of 19 928 subjects who were examined in Zhenjiang CDC in 2016 were selected as the subjects,they divided into 5 groups,and the analysis of abnormal electrocardiogram of different sex and different age groups in the same age group and different age groups were carried out.Results The detection rates of male ECG abnormalities were higher from 18 to 58 years old than those in four age groups for female(P<0.01).The detection rates of the other 10 abnormal electrocardiogram types in males except for sinus tachycardia were gradually increased or decreased with age(P<0.01).Except for ST-T change,one degree atrioventricular block and ventricular premature beat,the other 8 abnormal types of electrocardiogram were gradually increased or decreased with age(P<0.05).The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram was different in different environments(χ~2=23.678,P<0.01),and the highest in high temperature environment.Conclusion The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram is closely related to gender,age and working environment.Regular physical examination is positive significance to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
