枸地氯雷他定与阿伐斯汀递减疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床观察

摘要
目的探究慢性荨麻疹患者临床治疗中枸地氯雷他定与阿伐斯汀递减疗法的临床应用效果。方法将我院2017年10月至2018年9月收治的76例慢性荨麻疹患者作为本次研究对象,按照入院顺序分两组,各38例,对照组使用阿伐斯汀递减疗法治疗,研究组使用枸地氯雷他定进行治疗,分组对比患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后症状体征积分及血浆组胺水平。结果研究组患者临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,研究组患者治疗后症状体征积分及血浆组胺水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论慢性荨麻疹患者临床治疗中使用枸地氯雷他定能够有效提升治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,平衡患者血浆组胺水平,临床应效果更佳。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of desloratadine and diminishing avastin therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 76 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups,with 38 patients in each group. The control group was treated with diminishing avastin therapy and the study group were treated with desloratadine. The treatment effect,symptom and sign scores before and after treatment and plasma histamine levels were compared. Results The clinical treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the symptoms and signs scores and plasma histamine levels of the study group after treatment were better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Desloratadine can effectively enhancethe therapeutic effect,improve the clinical symptoms and balance the plasma histamine levels of patients with chronic urticaria.
