鼻科护理敏感性质量指标体系的构建

摘要
目的构建具有科学性、系统性、临床适用性的鼻科护理敏感性质量指标体系。方法以Donabedian的"结构-过程-结果"三维质量指标理论模式为理论依据,采用文献回顾、专家小组会议法构建指标体系初稿。采用德尔菲专家咨询法,确定鼻科护理敏感性质量指标体系。并采用层次分析法,确定各指标权重。结果两轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为91.3%,95.7%,权威系数Cr值分别为0.870、0.889,两轮函询问卷协调系数W值分别为0.252、0.291,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。指标体系共包括一级指标3项,二级指标10项,三级指标29项。结论鼻科护理敏感性质量指标体系设置合理,构建过程科学。
Objective To develop a scientific,objective and comprehensive indicator system to evaluate rhinology nursing safety and quality in rhinology department. Methods Based on Donabedian's three-dimensional quality index theory of "structure-process-result", using the method of literature review and expert group meeting, the preliminary draft of the index system was constructed. Delphi expert consultation method was used to determine the quality index system of nasal nursing sensitivity. The weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process. Results In two rounds of surveys,the rates of questionnaire retrieve were 91.3% and 95.7%. The authoritative coefficients were 0.870 and 0.889,the coordination coefficients were 0.252 and 0.291 respectively. There was significant difference(P<0.01)The index system consisted of 3 first-dimensions,10 second-dimensions and 29 items. Conclusion The quality index system of nasal nursing sensitivity is reasonable, and the construction process is scientific.
