摘要
开展了不同Si元素含量对25Cr35NiNb+微合金乙烯裂解炉管抗高温氧化和抗渗碳性能的影响研究。结果表明,Si含量在1.33%~1.93%范围内,炉管室温和高温力学性能与Si含量之间没有明显规律;Si含量在1.53%~1.91%范围内,随着Si含量的提高,炉管抗高温氧化和抗渗碳性能显著增强。同时还给出了25Cr35NiNb+微合金乙烯裂解炉管中Si元素含量的推荐值。
The effects of different content of Si element on oxidation and caburization resistance of spun cast 25Cr35NiNb + micro-alloy ethylene pyrolysis furnace tube were researched. The results show that when the Si content falls in the range of 1. 33% ~ 1. 93%,there is no significant law between the mechanical properties of the furnace tubes at room and high temperature and Si content; when the Si content falls in the range of 1. 53% ~ 1. 91%,with the increase of Si content,the resistance to oxidation and carburization of the furnace tubes at high temperature was substantially enhanced. At the same time,the recommended value of Si element content in 25Cr35NiNb + micro-alloy ethylene pyrolysis furnace tube was given.
