摘要
对国内外采用盐酸、硫酸等无机酸提取氧化铝的工艺路线及特点进行了综述,介绍了采用酸法生产氧化铝工艺技术建成的工业化生产装置运行现状。纵观国内外氧化铝提取工艺技术研究情况,酸法更适合生产高纯氧化铝,采用酸法工艺提取氧化铝实现大规模工业生产指日可待。
The process and characteristics of the extraction of alumina from inorganic acids such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid at home and abroad were reviewed. The operation status of industrial production equipment built by acid process was introduced. Through the research on the extraction technology of alumina at home and abroad, acid method is more suitable for the production of high purity alumina, the use of acid extraction process to achieve large-scale industrial production of alumina just around the corner.
